Please accept my apologies for any difficulties experienced in assembling your IKEA dining table. I have forward (sic) a copy of your letter to our design department for investigation and continued efforts to improve.
Please find enclosed vouchers as a thank you for taking the time to contact IKEA.

I really hope I hear back from the design team, that’d make my month.
Sadly though, none of you will get to hear what happened in my lost week now. So, yeah, blame IKEA for that.
